1:Copy PCX folder to
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

for non mod folder
Copy PCX folder to
Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks

2:Use OpenIV extract
Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
[edit the dlclist.xml copy and paste dlclist in dlclist]
