1st:place ic2020 Folder into Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2nd: open dlclist in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist
3rd: Open Dlclist and add this line dlcpacks:/ic2020/

ELS Installation Just Drag ic2020.xml into your Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
