A new model based on the Premier Classic by Thundersmacker, modified to resemble the beta GTA SA Premier/a parody of a 1991 Chevrolet Caprice

• Brand new lightbar loosely based on the real life Federal Signal Aerodynic.
• Custom interior equipment loosely based on the common police equipment of that time period
• All basic vehicle functions: breaking glass, dirt mapping, proper LODs etc.
• Custom sirensetting for awesome looking lights
• Both, a car replacement DLC and a car addon DLC
