using openiv, put folder sucap1 to directory
Grand Theft Auto V mods update x64 dlcpacks

then navigate to:
Grand Theft Auto V mods update update.rpf common data
and add the following line dlcpacks: SuCap1 to dlclist.xml
save and close

spawn name is sucap1 and install instructions are in the package.
