Installation

Go to:
GTA V -> mods -> update -> x64 -> dlcpacks -> drop lspdstan01 folder here

Go to
GTA V -> mods -> update -> udate.rpf -> common -> data -> then edit dlclist and at the bottom add this line dlcpacks:/lspdstan01/
