– Using OpenIV, put folder kcm_vipergts to directory
Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

– Then navigate to:
Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
and add the following line: “dlcpacks:/kcm_vipergts/” to dlclist.xml

– Save and close

Spawn code is “kcm_vipergts”.
