installation:
1. Copy the 720sp folder to
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks or X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

2. Use OpenIV to decompress
X: \ Grand Theft Auto V \ update \ update.rpf \ common \ data \ dlclist.xml
Or X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
Then open it with notepad and add a new line
dlcpacks: \720sp\
Save and replace with OpenIV.

3. Finish, start the game!

The topcar body kit will be updated later, automatic convertible. Stay tuned
