Start openIV
Create your mods directory
Go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks and drop your mod file
Now go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
and type dlcpacks:\ch2020\
