INSTALLATION
Installation for add-on:

1. Drag the folder (tts23) into dlcpacks (mods>update>x64>dlcpacks)
2. Edit dlclist (mods>update>update.rpf>common>data>) and add this line under the previous line:

dlcpacks:/tts23/

3. Save dlclist and enjoy

“Spawn name: tts23”
