ADD ON：
1）Go to: GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
2）Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:
dlcpacks:\vellfire23lhd\
3）Go to: GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacksand make a folder called vellfire23lhd add the included dlc.rpf file
