Installation
1.Drag and drop spectre folder into your mods\update\x64\dlcpacks folder
2.open your dlclist in update.rpf and add this line
dlcpacks:/spectre/
3.drag the spectre.ini into your VehFuncsV folder in your gta V directory
4.ENJOY.
