Installation instructions:
1 – Put the “vulcanpro19” folder at (your game location)/GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
2 – Add “dlcpacks:/vulcanpro19/” to (your game location)/GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/date/dlclist.xml
3 – The mod is ready, spawn the car with “vulcanpro19”
