Installation:

To install add on drag and drop Folder “redm4” from any version you prefer (if you wanna checkout how rocket version drives watch video that is available under pictures of car) to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

Then Go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and right click on dlclist.xml and edit and add the following line as the latest

dlcpacks:/redm4/
