FIVEM ADDON – drop into your server resources folder, open your server cfg and in a new line add “ensure m3clean92” or “start m3clean92”
SINGLE PLAYER – Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
than with OPEN IV Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
open the xml in edit mode by right clicking and clicking “edit” add new line
dlcpacks:/m3clean92/
