2-Edit dlclist.xml (Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml) and add a line “dlcpacks:/av11/”. To spawn the car, you can use any trainer or
3-for example Menyoo SP (https://github.com/MAFINS/MenyooSP/releases/download/v1.8.1/MenyooSP.zip) by using the trainer and spawn the car with name “av11
