Go to OpenIV and navigate to: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
Copy the .rpf with the car into this folder.
Then go to the path: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\
and find the dlclist.xml file. Open it and add the following line at the end of the file: dlcpacks:\lacetti\
Installation is complete! Enter the game.
