To install as a replace just open the x64e -> levels -> gta5 -> vehicle.rpf
For ADD ON:
1.Go to: GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
2.Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:
dlcpacks:/CHRISTMASMOBILE/
3.Go to: GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacksand make a folder called CHRISTMASMOBILE add the included dlc.rpf file
SPAWN: CHRISTMASMOBILE
