Declasse Voodoo (Convertible & Coupe) v1.2

And here is my version of declasse voodoo. I also made it into convertible since no one has done it.

Whats new:
– bumpers
– back end and chrome trim
– Wheels and stance
– and of course convertible version

In coming updates I will add soft top roof and fix little things.

Install:
– drop voodoo5 folder into dlcpacks
– add voodoo5 line in dlclist.xml

Spawn names:
voodoo5 is coupe
voodoo5c is convertible
