Dinka Citi [Add-On | Tuning] 0.1

Bugs:
There’s probably some bugs, these won’t be fixed unless game breaking.

Install:

Addon-
First navigate to:
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
either extract or edit dlclist.xml

Open it and paste this line at the end:

dlcpacks:/dinka_citi/

second navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and create a new folder name it dinka_citi
open it and drop the dlc.rpf file in to it.
