[ELS] Kentucky Based Ultra Pack Phase One

5Mods only allows 400mb for an archive, and this one is almost double that. There are 32 vehicles in the pack. I can’t upload screenshots of all of them, so here’s what you’ll get when you download it.

FOREWORD

-This pack is still a work in progress. It is far from completion. Please direct constructive suggestions to my Discord server, link below.
-Ensure that you have a modified gameconfig.xml, otherwise, the pack may not work, depending on how many Add-On packs/vehicles that you currently have installed.
-Please use the provided ELS Vehicle Configuration Files. The patterns are selected specifically for each agency. All vehicles are intended to use single stage lighting.
-Please overwrite any outdated Ultra Pack files with current Ultra Pack files.
-Do not attempt to convert any red/blue vehicle lighting packages to all blues. This will not work because some lights are UV mapped differently.
-Unmarked vehicles will not accept templates.
-This modification is provided to you as-is, with no warranty or guarantee, implied or otherwise.
-Make a backup of your mods folder before installing my pack.
-I am not liable for any damages to your device.

INSTALLATION

1. Navigate to your dlpacks folder, located at
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

2. Enable Edit Mode

3. Drag and drop the “kyultrapack” folder inside the dlcpacks folder

4. Navigate to your data folder, located at
mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

5. Locate your dlclist.xml, then right click and click “Edit”

6. Directly after the latest entry in the XML, you must put the following line:
dlcpacks:/kyultrapack/

7. Click Save

8. Drag and drop the VCF.XML files to pack_default folder located at
Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

9. (OPTIONAL, BUT RECOMMENDED) Drag and drop the DefaultRegions.xml file to the UltimateBackup folder located at
Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\UltimateBackup

10. Start GTA V.

KNOWN BUGS

-KSP-
2018 TAHOE, 2016 FPIU:
Rear ExtendoBed will clip through tailgate if the hood function is engaged before the trunk function. To avoid
this, please engage the trunk function before the hood function.

-LMPD-
2018 F-150, 2013 Escape: Handling is a bit squirrelly.
2018 F-150: Interior emissive textures are super bright.

-KDFW-
2018 Tahoe: Occassional chassis glitch. Rear ExtendoBed will clip through tailgate if the hood function is engaged before the trunk function. To avoid
this, please engage the trunk function before the hood function.

-Jefferson-
2016 FPIU: Rear ExtendoBed will clip through tailgate if the hood function is engaged before the trunk function. To avoid
this, please engage the trunk function before the hood function.

-Ford Vehicles-
Tire geometry is see-thru from the underside of the vehicles.

DISCLAIMER

Some vehicles do not have functional dials.
