Fuel Trailer [Add-On] V1.0

This time I convert carrier trailer prop into fully functional trailer.

Install:
– drop fueltrailer folder into dlcpacks
– in dlclist.xml add line dlcpacks:/fueltrailer/
– you also have to add fueltrailer in vehicles.meta for every car you want to use
this trailer.
