Installation:
Open OpenIV, go to the path:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
Copy here the folder with the .rpf file of the mod.

Next, open the file:
mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

At the end of the list, add the line:
dlcpacks:\ gazel2001\

Save the changes and run the game.
