The Icona Vulcano Titanium is made by the Italian coachbuilder CECOMP.
The Icona Vulcano Titanium is a unique, one-off supercar with a body made entirely of titanium. It’s powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine sourced from a Chevrolet Corvette ZR1.

dlclist.xml found at:
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

Right Click on dlclist.xml then Click on Edit

Then scroll to the bottom and hit Enter to add a empty space.

Add the line dlcpacks:/ivt/

to the dlclist and save then exit.
