This mod adds a rear bumper to the Karin Rebel, suggestion from the Rusty Rebel Post. Now the normal clean rebel is a legal vehicle.
Installation SP: Mods/x64e/vehicles.rpf then drag and drop
Alternative SP Replace: patchday28ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf then drag and drop
FiveM drag and drop into a replace cars folder.
Issues: Rear plate is small, might end up relocating it or editing the bumper,
