your drive which installed gta5: \ Grand Theft Auto V \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks or X: \ Grand Theft Auto V \ mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks

2. Use OpenIV to decompress
your drive which installed gta5: \ Grand Theft Auto V \ update \ update.rpf \ common \ data \ dlclist.xml
Then open it with notepad and add a new line
dlcpacks: \brabusd30\
Save and replace it with OpenIV.

3. Finish, and enjoy!!!
