2:Use OpenIV
\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
then use notepad open it add new line

Save it and use OpenIV replace it.

►Use Trainer Spawn it by name r33n

Nismo rims
– find the rims sport category or muscle category ( Use Simple Trainer )
– dlcpacks:\nismorims\
