Installation (SP)
1. Open OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the ‘mods’ folder
3. Move “polbuffev” folder to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
4. Open “dlclist.xml” (update/update.rpf/common/data)
5. Add the following line to the bottom: dlcpacks:/polbuffev/

Installation (FiveM)
1. Extract polbuffev into to Resource Folder
2. Add ensure resource “polbuffev”

If there is no Sound then Update your Game to Latest DLC or Change Sound From Vehicle Meta
If Your Game Crashes Try adding GameConfig File
