Put the rebla_street folder in:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

Edit:
mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
and add:

dlcpacks:/rebla_street/

Installation (FiveM)

Place the rebla_street folder inside your server’s resources directory.

Add to your server config:

ensure rebla_street

Spawn in game with: rebla_street
