Rolls Royce Cullinan – Black Badge [Meta-files Update] 1.0

This update involves a few meta-file changes for the Rolls Royce Cullinane Black Badge.

Changes:
-Added carcols.meta –> Tuning the car is now possible (Window Tint/Wheels and more)
-Changed carvariations.meta
-Changed handling.meta –>Handling of the car has been changed quite a bit, more grip/more power (around 220/230KPH).
-Changed vehicles.meta

How to install/steps:
1: Install the original file.
