[ELS] survivor.xml to “/Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default/”

SPAWN VEHICLE:
In singleplayer with the Trainer.
In LSPDFR with the Backup Menu tgp.
or choose directly as an emergency vehicle.

CHANGE WEAPON:
Mouse wheel and right click to fire.

Movable bonnet like the original and custom Hydraulic System.
Can be called as SEK in LSPDFR with 8 Crew member and fire the first weapon “Flash”
using Emergency Lighting System.
