This is the G36C/Holger – Dream Maker from COD.
How to install for singleplayer:
Go in OpenIV and go to:
update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday2ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf\
Then drag and drop the YDR and YTD files in the weapons.rpf
How to install for FiveM:
Go into your FXServer then go into cfx-data-managment/resources/whatever and just drag and drop the g36c folder and start it as a resource.
