This design is a Black Ice Micro SMG (Black Ice from Rainbow Six Siege) only Black Ice Micro SMG on gta5-mods.com, a lot of effort was put into this design even though it is a replace, tried to make it as exact to the Rainbow Six Siege SMG!
Installation:
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
and replace the Micro SMG!
