This mod makes cops to have carbine rifles insted of pistols and pump shotguns like the ones
from the airport as guards. swats will still have their weapons as usual.
Installation:
you will need open iv to access rpf files.
1 start open iv
2 go to gtav>update>update.rpf>common>data>ai
3 drop the loadouts file from the main file folder.
