New garden with bar and private beach for Malibu mansion map mod.
You need the malibu mansion installed, and the map builder cusom maps to.
Run Open IV and drop the .ymap file in to the: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/custom maps/dlc/x64/levels/gta5/citye/maps/custom maps
