INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
How to install open (steam) go to Gta hover over it and right click go to brows local files” then click on (x64) then audio and then (sfx)”. after that open foolspack 2 (1) then click foolspack 3 and you should see RESIDENT.rpf, and WEAPONS_PLA ” drag both of them into the sfx Tab” and you’re done.
