Crime And Witness [BETA / OIV] V2.5 [Beta]

This Mod Removes the Automatic Crime Reporting Feature In-Game that call the Cops almost immediately after you Commit a Crime . Gaining a Wanted Level is now More Difficult .as Every Crime has to be Reported .

Disclaimer : The Mod is Still in Beta and can have some Bugs . Further Updates Will Be Added in the Future . Fell Free To Report any Bugs ( If you Find One ) .

Detailed Features :

• Every Crime has To be Reported to take Actions
• Killing The Witness Prevents Wanted Level
• Killing a Cop While in Stealth Do not Results in a Wanted Level .
• Detection With Suppressors is Decreased .
• Shooting in Air no longer gives Wanted Level
• An Explosion has To Occur in a Populated Area for it To give Wanted Level

Installation
Simply Drag and Drop the File in OPENIV
OR
Open OPENIV > Select Tools > Package Installer > Select the File Provided
