1995 Declasse Premier Emergency Pack [Add-On | Template] 1.4

This is a pack inspired by 11John11’s Declasse Premier Classic – LSPD mini pack & Vx5voltage’s 1995 Declasse Premier Classic SAHP. I have improved on them to make them more realistic with emissive lighting, updated liveries aswell as other features listed below.

An update in the lore inspired 90’s with this pack which is based upon the 95-96 Chevrolet Caprices used across the LA and LA county areas during the mid 90’s. These were the workhorses of any department before Stanier became the king of police vehicles. So why not go back to a time when these beauties used to make gang members run to their moms! Get ready to head out on patrol in these timeless classics for any retro police fan in one of 3 featured departments: Los Santos Police Department, Los Santos County Sheriff Department and the San Andreas Highway Patrol.

Features
– 10 Premiers with vanilla style lightbars based on real life ones with 90’s era California style lighting (may not be 100% spec)
– antennas with wobble effects
– pushbars, rear deck lights, traffic advisors and spotlights as extras
– speed radar equipment (SAHP vehicles only)
– full chrome grill
– classic 90s police computer & siren controller/radio console
– trunk equipment (from NeoGeo39’s 93 emergency Stanier pack)
– custom soundbank (from 11John11’s LSPD pack)
– vehicle is fully mapped on all LODs
– up to 10 liveries for each vehicle included
– a template is included in the pack so you can make your own liveries as well
– normal vanilla features such as breakable windows, LODs, dirt mapping etc

Installation
1. copy the ‘beastybill88_polpremc’ folder to the file path “mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/”
2. open OpenIV, navigate to ‘dlclist.xml’ in “mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/”. Add “dlcpacks:/beastybill88_polpremc/”

Notes
You will need to use this mod Sirensetting Limit Adjuster for the sirens to work.

The siren ID numbers are 4400, 4401, 4402, 4403, 4404, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999

If the game crashes during the loading screen. Use custom gameconfig, you can find them on this website.

Known Issues
– No glass shards when windows are broken (this is a problem with the base model)
– trunk equipment will not deform with the vehicle and will appear on the outside if damaged enough (equipment may be remove in a future update as I haven’t been able to fix this yet)
– front mirror steady burn texture on slicktop models pops in and out when looking at the vehicle while the windscreen has bullet holes (this is just the game engine being weird)
