[MLO] Improved and Customized Venice Beach House [Add-On]

Improved and Customized version of BigShaqNOKetchup’s pretty Venice Beach House 🙂

The list of changes:
– Removed Trevor’s sex doll from pool ( vbh_rooftop_ext.ydr )
– Removed scattered cigarettes and sport shirt from table ( vbh_livingroom_int.ydr )
– Removed bongos from table ( vbh_chillspot_int.ydr )
– A few model improvements ( vbh_kitchen_int.ydr )
– Custom wall paint textures ( vbh_int_txd.ytd )

All the changes are modular, meaning you can choose what to install and what not to 🙂

Venice Beach House is required.
