Improved and Customized version of BigShaqNOKetchup’s amazing Designer Penthouse and it’s gorgeous garage 🙂
There is no model change.
All changes are done through .ymap , .ytyp and .ytd .
A short summary of changes:
– Added lots of stuff that I believe goes quite lovely with the house and the garage 🙂
– Changed/Removed some existing stuff.
– Custom wall painting textures.
– You may experience some fps drop while looking at the pool from close distance.
I did my best to keep the newly added lights at a balanced amount between visuals and performance.
– Changes are not modular (except textures), but if you know how to use CodeWalker you can remove/change the thingies however you would like 🙂
Designer Penthouse: Remake is required.

*Added a new version with the cones and signs removed from the garage that were blocking the parking area. Useful if you are using the garage script to save cars and acting like Dwayne Johnson :))
