[MLO] Improved and Customized Designer Penthouse & Garage [Add-On]

Improved and Customized version of BigShaqNOKetchup’s amazing Designer Penthouse and it’s gorgeous garage 🙂

There is no model change.

All changes are done through .ymap , .ytyp and .ytd .

A short summary of changes:
– Added lots of stuff that I believe goes quite lovely with the house and the garage 🙂
– Changed/Removed some existing stuff.
– Custom wall painting textures.

– You may experience some fps drop while looking at the pool from close distance.
I did my best to keep the newly added lights at a balanced amount between visuals and performance.

– Changes are not modular (except textures), but if you know how to use CodeWalker you can remove/change the thingies however you would like 🙂

Designer Penthouse: Remake is required.
