to download this mod go to your gta 5 main directory then go to menyoostuff then spooner and place the xml file inside then open the game and press F8 two times to open the menu then go to object spooner then manage saved files and you are done and if you find any glitches or bugs let me know and i will try to fix it as sooon as i can and its better if you disable all cars or you can just leave it and i hope you enjoy this mod
