Better Sandy Shores Airfield [YMAP] V1.0

Just a simple map mod that adds fences around all the perimeter of Sandy Shores Airfield, without removing its decaying state: gates are off-service and always open, some sections of the fence have been taken down to make space for stunt ramps & getaways, and many objects are ruined.
