INSTALLATION
Install Menyoo 2.0
Place in GTAV main directory/menyooStuff/Spooner
Optionals: Natural Vision Evolved and the NVE Reshade Addon for the weather effect. Choose Halloween Snow at early morning or evening/night time.
DONE!
