I always wanted more space for my car collection without complete overhaul of franklins house, so i created my own, might as well share it, maybe someone finds it useful.
Safe to use with persistence mods (i use imnotmental persistence II), cars stay in place.
I used Menyoo and Map Builder Community 1.07, i think its actually just smallroad from it.
There is a xml file if you want to add something, and ymap file.
Install Map Builder Community 1.07 or Map Builder Mod
Installation:
1. Use OpenIV, enable edit mode, put parkinglot.ymap inside
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/custom maps/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/ citye/maps/custom maps.rpf/
