This is a Grove Street Trap House dlc conversion from Smokey7’s original FiveM MLO release.
REQUIREMENTS —
– OpenIV
— INSTALLATION —
1. run OpenIV
2. drag and drop the folder smokey_grove in the following path mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
3. go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data open dlclist.xml and add the line dlcpacks:/smokey_grove/
that’s it

Great mod! Only beefs are the fireplace sounds are too loud and since the ‘Contract DLC’ it crashes the game if you get near the underwater barge next to the oil fields across from the Vagos apartment complex.
