Grove Street House Remodel [YMAP | SP & FiveM] V1.1

Features:
– Replaced Old Grill w/ Modern Grill
– Added/Removed Some Vegetation
– Removed Vehicle w/ Tarp Over It (Collisions have been modified as well)
– Added Decor Around The House (Both Front and Back)
– Fences Opened Fully In Front

Installation:
FIVEM: Place “grovestreet” folder in resources, add “ensure grovestreet” to server.cfg
SP: Drop folder to update\x64\dlcpacks and edit dlclist.xml from update\update.rpf\common\data then add line: “dlcpacks:\grovestreet\” at the bottom

Reports of Crashing Game (FiveM Version) – Working on Fix
