Install:
1.Extract the Liberty City Middle Park East LCPD Station Life folder
2.Go to GTAV/menyooStuff/Spooner
3.In Middle Park East Police Station Go to files Copy middle park east lcpd1.xml
4.Paste into sponner
5.Go to the game
6.In game press F8
7.Go to Object Spooner
8.Go to manage saved files
9.Load the middle park east lcpd1.xml
10.Done!!
