INSTALATION
1.) Place all files in your resources where you have MAP textures
2.) Start mod in SERVER.CFG
3.) DONE!

ADDON Installation (OPEN IV needed for this)

-copy and paste folder “custom_maps” to:

mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\

-Finally add “dlcpacks:\custom_maps\” in dlclist.xml using OpenIV to:

mods\update.rpf\common\data\

Or when you already have your custom_maps folder then go to:
\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\custom_maps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf\

and add the file : Mercator Slovenia City [ TEXT – LOGO | YMAP ]
