Hey guys, I built my first mansion. With a great skyline view, I hope you like it.
OBS: For unknown reasons, I couldn’t put Dynamic on the doors, every time I load the files the doors kept falling to infinity. If anyone knows how to fix it.
I’m using the version of menyoo 18.68.0, the same as my game 1868.0.

1.Install OpenIV
2.Install Map Builder
3.Install the latest ScriptHookV
4.Install the latest ScriptHookVDotNet
5.Install Menyoo PC SP
6. Move ModernHousePacific.xml file from the .zip into your GTA 5 main directory/MenyooStuff/Spooner,
7. Open F8 In-game open menyoo/object-spooner/manage-saved-files/ModernHousePacific.xml/load-placements
