The Almighty Latin King and Queen Nation (ALKQN) is one of the largest and most organized Hispanic street and prison gangs, founded in 1954 in Chicago’s Humboldt Park by Puerto Rican youths like Ramon Santos. It operates across the US and internationally, with a structured hierarchy, distinctive yellow/black/red colors, and a “King Manifesto”.
