Hello guys this is my first mod i have uploaded this mod was actually made by lonewolfg i will provide you the link of his page here:https://www.gta5-mods.com/users/lonewolfg.
you can download his mods from his page so all credit goes to him i have just improved this file a little bit.

INSTALLATION:
simply drop “Pakistan Army base.xml” into gta v main folder>>>>menyoostuff folder inside menyoostuff folder there is a folder name spooner open it and paste in it. Then you have done
